I had my interview virtually with one of the staff. He was nice, funny and understanding. Coming from my country, I've been traumatized to think that an interview like that would be adversarial like my interviewer would try to trick or confuse me out of getting my application approved. But he was everything but that. He was gentle, respectful and primarily focused on getting the information correct and making sure my application was error free. Great experience I have to say.
